Tosepan Kali is a cooperative that promotes sustainable tourism and economic development in Cuetzalan, Puebla, working closely with indigenous communities to preserve their culture and natural environment. The cooperative stands out for its training and empowerment programs, which provide the local population with education in hospitality and tourism, enabling residents to access employment opportunities in the sector. This research examines the impact of Tosepan Kali on local development in Cuetzalan, employing quantitative and qualitative methods to assess the perspectives of the cooperative's leader, administrator, and staff members.
